THE HEART OF EUROPE

The Heart of Europe is a six-island, 12-site luxury holiday development on The World project in Dubai. Covering just over 54 hectares, the island community which bands together individual islands, marries the best of European culture and service philosophy with contemporary architecture and astounding island amenities. Situated on the islands of Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Monte Carlo, St Petersburg and Sweden, the first-class destination offers an unrivalled resort and leisure experience. Kleindienst has partnered with some of Europe's foremost architects and technology providers to give The Heart of Europe its signature style of modern design infused with characteristics of the host countries. A celebration of the continent's artistic and cultural treasures, each country captures a different facet of Europe's unique character - party in Monte Carlo, innovation in Germany, romance in Austria, wonder in Russia, tranquility in Sweden and family in Switzerland. When complete The Heart of Europe will house 75 private holiday homes, six apartment buildings, six hotels, six lighthouses and six floating palaces as well as a diverse range of retail, entertainment and F&B outlets.
